Design/Project Coordinator (Arabic speaking)

We are currently seeking a part-time volunteer intern to support design and project management in the Arab world. The internship would suit students and recent graduates of graphic design and/or communications who are looking to gain project management experience. Students with a passion for supporting socially-driven ventures in the Arab world are encouraged to apply. The position would be completed remotely, and applicants should be willing to commit 10 hours per week to the role. if interested please send your CV to info@empowereddesign.org 

Responsibilities may include:

• Part-time role (approximately 10 hours/week) - completed remotely

• Supporting the launch of collaboration between Empowered Design and other social impact organisations in the Arab world

• Developing and translating graphic design curriculum into Arabic

• Design engaging communication material

• Meetings (online) with team members from across the world

Qualifications include:

• Arabic Speaking

• Competent with Adobe Suite

• Ability to work independently

Duration: four months with the possibility to extend

Location: Remote

Number of hours: 10 hours per week
